Glass came cut to incorrect size , ( 445 instead of 455) replacement ordered free of charge but your data base failed and I had to email to chase my delivery, I was Told it would be two more days . Team were very apologetic Not needed yet so not a problem

The glass arrived and amazingly in one piece. It’s the right size and fitted. Only used fire 3 or 4 times as it’s been so warm. Time will tell on its longevity but so far so good. Tracking was ambiguous and outer package arrived quite damaged. Not much care taken with a fragile parcel. Fortunately glass survived the ordeal.
