We're very pleased with the glass, but we paid for next day delivery on Thursday, but it wasn't delivered until sunday
My log burner is no longer stocked/ supplier supported so when the glass cracked on my log burner I was slightly scared and out of my comfort zone. I rang customer service and was so reassured, measured my old glass placed an online order and the glass arrived in perfect condition next day with dpd. Phenomenal service and great company thank you.
I searched everywhere for a replacement set of Vermiculite bricks for my burner. Eventually finding some at stupid prices, then discovered these guys. Phoned up and as I was local, I decided to go and collect. The staff were really knowledgeable and helpful, the liner was made on site and all parts were in stock and great quality. I got all the advice I needed to do my job and even rang up for a bit of extra advice once I got back. They guided me through everything. Highly recomended.
